We currently manage 730 apartments, and have operated in the Huntsville market for over 16 years. We manage a wide range of properties including single family houses, fully branded apartment communities, and professional offices.

SUMMARY We are looking for a knowledgeable and self-motivated maintenance, HVAC, or make-ready technician that can work solo and as a member of a team. Minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills are desired. Ability to maintain a full time schedule is required. On call is rotated among our technicians.
