Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team in Madison. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of various systems, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service to our clients by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. You will be expected to write routine reports and correspondence to keep our clients informed of the work performed and any necessary follow-up. Your work will be critical to maintaining the safety and comfort of our clients’ properties.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and general maintenance Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Proficiency with power tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with preventive maintenance software HVAC Certified Experience with electrical systems Experience with plumbing systems

Responsibilities:
