Purpose of position:
To efficiently install construction specialty items.
- Overhead Doors
- Sectional Doors
- Bathroom Partitions
- Operable Walls
- Many more Architectual specialties.
Essential Functions:
(must be able to perform these functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation).
- Determines layout and installation procedures.
- Loads and unloads trucks with supplies & equipment.
- Correctly assembles and installs products.
- Safety and correctly utilizes hand & power tools.
- Erects Scaffolding.
- Prepares and maintains work materials and supplies including maintaining vehicles.
- Safety works on scaffolding and heights, indoors and outdoors, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Completes all job related paperwork in a timely manner.
- Regular attendance is required as outlined in The Company’s attendance policy.
- Acts as a positive role model in all aspects of professional performance.
- Observes safety procedures and personnel policies and ensures the same from accounting staff. Skills, knowledge and abilities: (these are required to enable job holder to perform the essential functions of the job).
