Service Technician Carrington Centerton, AR Our team is seeking a dependable, trustworthy and skilled individual for residential service work in Northwest Arkansas metro area with main concentration in Centerton, Pea Ridge, Gravette, Gentry and Prairie Grove. Applicants must have reliable transportation, their own tools, a smartphone, and be able to pass a background check. Use of our work order management app on a smartphone is required to receive assignments, track progress, and submit documentation. Clear, timely photo documentation of completed work is required. Benefits are available after 90 day probation. Role Responsibilities General home repair Appliance repair/replacement Sheetrock repair/installation Painting and millwork repair/installation Roof, siding and fence repairs Electrical, plumbing & HVAC inspection/diagnostic Qualifications Experience as a service technician Knowledge of electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Must have your own tools Must have smart phone & be comfortable using technology Ability to multitask and meet work order deadlines Ability to work independently Ability to adapt to changes in technology
