How you will do it This skilled positioninvolves troubling shooting and repairing installed systems.

Including panel repair/reprogram, device replacement/repair,resolving low voltage circuit troubles and system testing. Organizeand effectively utilize technical resources, information, material,and support to assure efficient execution of all assigned tasks.

Candidate must possess excellent written/verbal communication andoutstanding customer service skills. Position involves theprogramming of fire alarm, security, and access control systempanels. Experience CCTV and IT and IP networks a plus. Complete andsubmit all required task-related, activity, productivity, and otherdocumentation in a timely manner. CCNA, A and Networkcertifications a plus. On call and after hours work required onoccasion at customer need. What we look for Required High schooldiploma or equivalent required. 3 plus years’ experience with firealarm, access control, security intrusion, sound and communicationssystems (preferred not required). Must be able to interpretblueprints, diagrams and specifications. A good working knowledgeof computers is necessary. Ability to follow verbal and writteninstructions. Capable of performing physical labor to includecarrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs. Able towork in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbingladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, workingwithin ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc Ability to workflexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements.

Overnight travel may be required. Demonstrate a high level ofcustomer service. Maintain truck inventory to ensure timelyresponse to customer needs. Ability to adhere to, implement, andfollow safety guidelines and procedures at all times. Strongorganizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learnquickly.
