Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial doors and windows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and repair a wide variety of doors and windows (e.g., sliding, casement, double-hung, storm doors, garage doors, etc.) Diagnose issues related to window/door functionality, alignment, seals, hardware, and glass. Replace parts including locks, hinges, handles, weather stripping, screens, and glass panels. Ensure all work is completed accurately, safely, and in compliance with company and industry standards. Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication on repair options, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations. Maintain accurate service records and complete job reports. Keep company vehicle and tools in good working condition. Follow all company policies regarding safety, conduct, and customer interaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of experience in window/door installation or service preferred. Basic knowledge of carpentry, construction, or glazing is a plus. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in a variety of environments. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Work Environment:
Indoor and outdoor job sites, residential and commercial. May be exposed to varying weather conditions. Some overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.

Full-time Pay:
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
