We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, technical expertise, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Job Duties:

Inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, HVAC units, and ventilation systems. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC units and implement appropriate repairs. Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Test and adjust system settings for proper operation. Handle refrigerant charging and leakage detection in compliance with environmental regulations. Provide cost estimates and service recommendations to customers. Keep accurate records of services performed and maintain inventory of spare parts. Follow safety protocols and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience. Must possess a positive attitude and maintain good attendance. Ability to work off a 12-foot ladder. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance procedures. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces, such as an attic, and extreme temperatures. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites. EPA certification for handling refrigerants. Working knowledge of ServiceTitan software for scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, customer management, inventory tracking, and reporting Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records check.
