In-Store Solutions Expert – FT uBreakiFix by Asurion Pembroke Pines, FL 33026 Position Overview The In-Store Solutions Expert position will work in-store in our Fort Lauderdale, FL stores. This position requires strong technical repair and sales knowledge for mobile devices as well as exemplary customer service skills to ensure an excellent client experience. Primary Responsibilities Build rapport with clients both in store and over the phone to ensure we can address their needs and provide a solution. Provide repair and replacement estimates.

Repairs:

Perform repairs on clients’ mobile devices (cell phones and tablets).

Sales:

Offer partner services and explain their benefits to each client. Meet or exceed key performance objectives, including sales and client satisfaction goals. Key Qualifications and Skills Outstanding sales and customer service skills with proven job experience (Required) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required) Professional experience repairing electronics (cell phones, iPads, tablets) (Preferred) Strong written and oral communication skills Technical degree or certification in electronics (Preferred) Previous experience working at retail electronics store (Preferred) Ability to work well in a team environment High school diploma or GED $18/hr plus commissions; eligible for Group Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance after 90-day training/probationary period. •uBreakiFix is an Equal Opportunity Employer•
