Job Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Service Plumber with strong sales skills to join our growing team. If you know how to educate customers, offer financing, and close the deal — this is your opportunity to take control of your income. Our company specializes in residential plumbing service work, with a focus on leak detection, re-pipes, water filtration, and jetting. We provide the leads — you close the jobs and upsell where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly present solutions to customers Sell and install services such as re-pipes, water filtration, jetting, and leak detection Offer and explain financing options to help homeowners move forward Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance Use Housecall Pro to manage jobs, estimates, and invoicing Maintain a clean, organized company truck and track your inventory Follow plumbing codes, safety regulations, and job site protocols Communicate with dispatch and the office for efficient workflow
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a service plumber (2+ years preferred) Strong sales ability and confidence presenting to customers Experience with leak detection, re-pipes, jetting, and filtration systems Comfortable using software (experience with Housecall Pro a plus) Must have a valid driver’s license Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
