This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and maintaining various equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on appliances and mechanical systems. Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment. Plumb and install new appliances, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Document service calls, repairs performed, and parts used for record-keeping purposes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Experience in field service roles, demonstrating the ability to work independently in diverse environments. Proficiency in appliance repair techniques and property maintenance practices. Familiarity with design principles related to mechanical systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. 8 hour shift Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed
