We are hiring:

2 Remediation Technicians / Lead Technicians

• Must have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in water and mold remediation. 4 Rebuild Technicians
• Skilled in drywall, painting, cabinet installation, tile work, and flooring. Must have prior experience in home reconstruction or renovation. All roles are commission-based , with pay tied to performance and completed jobs. Why Join Full Service Pros? Performance-Driven Compensation

What You’ll Doing Depending on your specialty (Remediation or Rebuild), your responsibilities may include:

Remediation Technicians:

Respond to water and mold damage jobs, perform proper containment, drying, and cleanup. Conduct controlled demolition and removal of affected materials. Use meters and equipment to monitor drying progress. Ensure all work follows IICRC guidelines and safety protocols.

Rebuild Technicians:

Complete repair and reconstruction projects including: Drywall installation & finishing Painting (interior/exterior) Cabinetry installation Tile and flooring installation Ensure workmanship is clean, durable, and meets quality standards. Collaborate with the project manager for scheduling and client expectations. Who We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience in your area of specialty (remediation or rebuild). Self-motivated professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy working independently in the field. Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and respectful of client property. Must have own transportation, basic tools, and a valid driver’s license. Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment. IICRC certification for remediation is a plus but not required. OSHA 10/30 or trade licenses are also a plus.

Additional Requirements Work Location:

Field-based with daily dispatch from our Pompano Beach, FL office.

Commute/Relocation:

Must be able to commute or relocate to Pompano Beach prior to starting work.
