Service Technician and Installer Ullrich Water Services 409 Goolsby Street, Wauchula, FL 33873 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge of pump and well repair, and have experience in various maintenance and repair tasks. This role involves working in the field, providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring the functionality and safety of equipment. A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction is essential. Duties Installation of residential and commercial pump systems in new wells and existing wells, ensuring optimal performance. Troubleshoot submersible and centrifugal mechanical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Conduct inspections of pump systems and offer customers needed upgrades to improve systems Operate company vehicles for transportation to job sites, ensuring safe driving practices. Collaborate with team members to design and implement efficient service strategies. Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Be able to total cost of parts and services performed and collect payment from customers Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and concerns. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar field service role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance. Familiarity with pump systems, and the ability to plumb with PVC and galvanized pipe and fittings Ability to weld or perform basic fabrication tasks is a plus. Experience driving non CDL trucks, with a safe driving record. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
