Service Technician The Pest Company Brooksville, FL 34601 • Hybrid work Overview Are you looking to build a career in the pest control industry with a growing company? We’re a rapidly scaling, family-operated pest control business in our first year of operations—and we’re already making a big impact across Tampa Bay. We’re now looking to bring on a motivated, dependable individual to join the team and grow with us. We are seeking a part-time or full-time Pest Control Technician (entry-level or experienced) to assist with residential and commercial pest control services. As a small and growing business, you’ll be working directly alongside the owner and will have opportunities to grow into a leadership position as the company expands. Responsibilities Performing pest control treatments for residential and commercial clients Learning and following all safety protocols and state regulations Communicating clearly with customers and educating them about services Maintaining accurate service records and documentation Assisting in identifying pest problems and recommending solutions
What We’re Looking For:
A motivated individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Prior experience in pest control is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Physically able to lift at least 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods Must be 21+ with a clean driving record and criminal background Reliable transportation to and from job sites Excellent communication skills and professionalism with customers Must be organized, punctual, and capable of working independently or with a team
