COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We provide our W2 employees with above-industry pay and benefits. Our job flow is steady compared to the industry because we work for the largest single-family rental companies in the world. Our commission-based compensation structure pays among the highest rates in the area. This year, our technicians are making in the range of $900•1500 and averaging $1,200 per week. What accounts for the pay difference is the number of jobs they are willing and able to run.
