In-House Technician Complete Auto Remarketing Specialists Inc. Tampa, FL 33609 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team in an independent auto dealer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive mechanics and electrical systems, with the ability to maintain and troubleshoot various equipment. This role requires proficiency in working with all makes and models. Responsibilities Maintain and repair house tools ( compressor, Lifts to ensure optimal performance. Be ready for full diagnosis and repair of all inventory. Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs and modifications on equipment. Every car gets serviced and we do not skimp the service. If it needs heavy repair it gets it. Work with the shop manager with all diag and parts needing to be ordered. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall operational efficiency. Document maintenance activities and report any significant findings or recommendations for improvements. Requirements Proven experience in an automotive mechanic role or similar position within a auto dealer setting Strong knowledge of multiple Makes and Models. Familiarity with using voltmeters, ammeters, and other precision measuring instruments. Ability to perform welding tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing work environments.
