Based in the Plant City, Tampa, Lakeland, and Brandon areas Are you the kind of person who loves fixing things and making them run like new? What You’ll Be Doing:

Diagnosing and repairing pool equipment like pumps, heaters, chillers, and automation systems Doing maintenance that keeps everything running smoothly and prevents bigger problems down the line Working with hand and power tools to troubleshoot and fix issues quickly Partnering with other service techs to complete jobs efficiently Keeping clear records of your work and inventory (so we stay organized) Talking with clients when needed—explaining things clearly and helping them feel confident in the service Staying up to date with the latest in pool tech—we’ll support your training every step of the way

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience working with mechanical equipment—bonus points if it’s in the pool industry A sharp eye for troubleshooting and a “get it done right” attitude Familiarity with the tools of the trade—both hand tools and power tools Comfortable working solo or with a team, and confident communicating with coworkers and clients Someone who takes pride in quality work and pays attention to the details Experience as a service technician is great—but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll train you!
