B&B Cool Air is seeking a Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will take on the important responsibility of expertly maintaining and repairing a variety of systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ice-making equipment, and refrigeration units. Your work will primarily take place in prestigious country clubs as well as other upscale commercial and residential environments. What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with other team members to proactively anticipate and develop solutions to client problems Demonstrate professional craftsmanship and pride in your work Install, maintain, and repair indoor air quality systems including performing warranty services or emergency repairs Work safely in accordance with industry standards Exemplify the company’s core values as a brand ambassador both personally and professionally Guide and advise customers on the most appropriate air quality system and services needed for their home or business Clean, repair, adjust, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment Keep accurate logs and records of all maintenance and service functions using company service boards

What You’ll Bring:

High School diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC technician required with Certification Refrigeration skills preferred but not required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating Refrigeration skills are a BIG plus Available to work a rotating on-call schedule after hours Open to working overtime Independent thinker and self-motivated Over 23 years of age with having a driver’s license for more than 3 years (due to vehicle insurance requirements) to drive a company-issued vehicle Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening Working at
