Experience Service Technician and New Construction/Remodel Technician Floyds Plumbing 4145 SE 47th Place, Ocala, FL 34480 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong understanding of construction techniques. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing various remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires both technical skills and creativity to bring clients’ visions to life. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their remodeling needs and preferences. Prepare and plan remodeling projects, including estimating materials and labor. Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, flooring, and finishing work. Install fixtures, cabinetry, and other components as per design specifications. Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project duration. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any changes. Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter to ensure electrical components are functioning correctly. Skills Proficient in various construction techniques and materials used in remodeling. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Familiarity with using an Ohmmeter for electrical work is highly desirable. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks safely. Time management skills to complete projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
