Service Technician 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Ocala, FL 34471 Responsibilities As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to clients’ homes to install and service water treatment equipment, including water softeners, water filters, and whole-house reverse osmosis systems Install, repair, and maintain water treatment systems in clients’ homes Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to determine the appropriate solution Perform routine maintenance and filter replacements as needed Educate clients on the proper use and maintenance of their water treatment systems Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience during each service visit Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed Collaborate with the team to optimize scheduling and maximize efficiency Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and technological advancements through ongoing training
