Electronics Repair Technician – Microsoldering Specialist 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33182 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Repair Technician with strong microsoldering experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in repairing gaming consoles , laptops , and mobile devices , including charging port replacements , motherboard-level repairs , and diagnostics . Responsibilities Perform advanced microsoldering on circuit boards, including IC replacements and jumper wire work Diagnose and repair charging port issues , power faults, and no-power conditions on phones, tablets, and laptops Conduct repairs on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch , and other gaming consoles Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues including HDMI ports, fan systems, and internal storage replacements Complete detailed diagnostic evaluations and provide accurate repair estimates Maintain clean and organized workstations with proper ESD safety protocols Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining issues and solutions Stay updated on repair techniques and industry trends. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in microsoldering and electronics repair Proficiency in using soldering stations, hot air rework stations, microscopes, multimeters, and schematics Strong understanding of motherboard diagnostics and component-level troubleshooting Familiarity with repair of consoles, laptops, and smartphones (especially charging systems and ports) Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and communication skills.
