Since 2017, we’ve built a strong reputation for quality service and expert support, working with top manufacturers including Raymarine, Garmin, Simrad, Furuno, and more. Our clients include boaters, captains, and marine service professionals across the globe. We are currently hiring for an Entry-Level Marine Electronics Repair Technician to join our in-house Repair Department. This is a full-time position based in our office/shop environment (not a field or installation role), focused on the diagnosis and repair of marine electronic equipment. You’ll get hands-on experience with a wide range of navigation systems including chartplotters, autopilots, radar, displays, and more. No prior experience in marine electronics is required, but candidates should be comfortable with small tools, electronics, and basic troubleshooting. Training will be provided, and there’s room to grow for those with curiosity and motivation..
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the repair and troubleshooting of marine electronics equipment in our repair facility Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide status updates and support Participate in basic in-house training to develop and enhance technical skills Use our ticketing system to maintain accurate records of repairs and customer communication
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge or experience with electronics is encouraged Must have strong communication and customer service skills Must be able to speak and write clearly and professionally in English A high school diploma is a plus A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential
