Job Description Insight Global is seeking Field Service Slot Technicians to join our clients team in Florida. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining slot machines within their designated territory. Key duties include handling service calls, performing preventive maintenance, and participating in major product installations and conversions. This role requires regular travel and physical activity, such as lifting and moving equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working on a slot floor, specifically servicing slot machines. Technicians also deliver on-site training to customers, maintain precise service records, and ensure adherence to gaming regulations. Additionally, they assist with trade shows, new product launches, and provide outstanding customer service to bolster our client’s reputation in the industry. Once onboarded, the team provides a training course to get up to speed on company specific equipment and specifications in Las Vegas, NV. Experience with RAM clear, Progressive Gaming setup, and Board Repairs. Able to travel and handle physically demanding tasks (lift 75lbs). Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
