Job Description
Service Tech I | Windsor Cornerstone•Plantation, FL This site is a Garden with 330 units on property. For the fourth year in a row, Windsor Communities is the recipient of the 2024 Kingsley Excellence Award achieving the top award for Overall Customer Service.
Compensation:
Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.
Hourly :
Starting at $19.37•$24.22 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
Annual Starting Comp:
$40,289•$50,377.
Bonus :
Average quarterly bonus potential of $400 per quarter, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $1,600.
Total Annual Starting Compensation Potential :
$41,889 ($40,289 base + $1,600 bonus) $51,977 ($50,377 base + $1,600 bonus)
Essential Duties :
Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal of the property including cleanliness of amenity spaces, common areas, parking lots or decks, maintenance shop, and leasing office. Assist with weather related cleanup as needed. Management of recycling and trash operations including trash chutes, enclosures, and compactor rooms. Apartment make ready support such as painting, cleaning, and light maintenance. Assist with Preventative Maintenance projects. Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.
Requirements :
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Basic computer skills and smart phone use. Ability to take direction and work independently through task completion.
