Fire Alarm Service Technician Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Description Install, test, inspect, and maintain fire alarm systems according to NFPA and local codes.

Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose problems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of fire alarm systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance.

Program and configure fire alarm control panels, detectors, and other system components.

Collaborate with clients and team members to develop practical solutions for their fire detection and alarm needs.

Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service.

Document all service and repair activities accurately and maintain detailed records.

Stay updated on industry advancements, codes, and regulations related to fire alarm systems.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and practices at all times. Experience with a variety of fire alarm systems, including addressable, conventional, and voice evacuation systems.

Familiarity with testing and diagnostic equipment used in the fire alarm industry.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex problems.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
