Phone Technician Boost Mobile Authorized Retailer 4715 Broadway, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, providing exceptional technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment repair and troubleshooting across various operating systems, including Android and Windows. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality of devices while delivering outstanding service in a retail environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mobile phones and related devices using schematics and technical manuals. Perform software troubleshooting on various operating systems, including Mac OS and Android. Analyze device issues to determine the best course of action for repairs. Provide technical support to customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries effectively. Conduct field service visits as needed to resolve technical issues on-site. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition. Experience Proven experience in equipment repair, specifically with mobile devices. Familiarity with schematics and technical documentation for troubleshooting purposes. Strong skills in software troubleshooting across multiple platforms (Windows, Mac OS, Android). Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Ability to analyze problems critically and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
