We are looking to hire (1) additional experienced service tech to help our customers with repairs and replacements to our impact windows and doors (CWS, ESW, Eastern, ThermaTru, Andersen) This position requires a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ approach to customer service, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety and professionalism. REQUIRED

!!! Proven knowledge and skills to replace window or door impact glass, adjust or replace sash balancers, install and adjust door hardware and locks, and finish work including caulking, stucco and drywall repairs Proficiency in using power tools, with a strong emphasis on safety practices. Ability to read NOA accurately. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
