The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of swimming pools. This role requires a hands-on approach to pool maintenance, including cleaning, equipment repair, and routine inspections. A strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both hand and power tools are essential for success in this position. Duties Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal water quality and safety. Inspect pool equipment for functionality and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs made, and any additional recommendations for clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding pool maintenance. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Experience Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment repair is essential. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and maintenance best practices is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining high standards of service.
