We are a growing Replacement Window and Door company looking to bring in professional and driven talent. You must be able to communicate with customers and peers in a professional manner and Have basic computer skills.

We are looking for a take charge type of person that can develop processes and procedures that make our service department better and more efficient.

We are looking for a quality minded leader that can help in the training of inexperienced techs and keep seasoned techs motivated. Oversee daily operations of the service department, including scheduling and workflow management. Provide technical guidance on diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate estimates for services. Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies necessary for repairs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Train and mentor staff on best practices. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Skills Strong Window and Door knowledge Familiarity with installation techniques Proficiency in window and Door repair techniques and processes. Familiarity with service technician roles and responsibilities. Ability to transmit technical information clearly to both staff and customers. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
