Pool Repair-Sales Position Available In Seminole, Florida

Job Description:

Ourideal candidate has great customer service skills and can tackleeverything from fielding customer concerns and schedulingappointments for our service department to make accurate callsabout vehicle warranty protections. Responsibilities:

• Work with the dealership auto service porter to ensure vehiclesare ready for customer pick-up
• Leverage automotive technology and product knowledge to clearlyaddress customer needs and share the status of serviceappointments
• Appropriately file all automotive documents such as maintenancerecords, invoices, repair orders, and more
• Address customer concerns and conduct thoughtful follow-up toensure they are happy with repair work
• Maintain the service department schedule and slot appointmentsfor vehicle repairs
• Provide detailed quotes and follow up with customers
• Review repairs and creating invoices
• Install and diagnose pool automation
• Installation and programming of variable speed pumps
• Troubleshoot plumbing and equipment leaks for repair orreplacement including pumps, filters, plumbing, valves, checkvalves
• Identify equipment models and part numbers for replacement
• Installation of motors, variable speed pumps, filters, timers,pool lights, salt systems, or automation
• Keep records of services performed including pictures
• Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining theirpool

Qualifications:

• A valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving recordis required
• Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsare needed
• Exemplary Microsoft Office program and general computer skillsare mandatory
• Prior experience in a service advisor role not required but ishighly preferred
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Five years or greater in residential pool repairs
• Able to diagnose plumbing problems and repair
• Pool Automation experience
• Heater troubleshooting experience
• Electrical knowledge, including both high and low voltage
• Problem-solving skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
