Have a clean and valid Florida Driver’s license Have a
POSITIVE
ATTITUDE and be able to follow directions/instructions Be able to use critical thinking to solve problems Not be afraid of heights (40 ft. ladders, window scaffolding, plank scaffolding) Be able to read a tape measure Be able to lift more than 50 pounds while climbing a ladder Be safety minded Have a high work ethic

Have Hand tool experience Have Power tool experience Be able to diagnose problems and come up with creative solutions Be reliable and have a desire to work hard Be self motivated with a passion for quality Should be familiar with outdoor service environment Have the ability and willingness to work with a with a partner Be presentable, speak clearly, and have good people skills
