Full Job Description Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Warranty Repair Technician is to repair any issues that may be reported by the owner or dealer. Responsibilities /Duties/Functions /Tasks Repair gel coat application, matching new finish to existing gel coat Spray gel coat, wet sand and buff Spray nonskid gel coat Repair stringers and bulkheads Able to de-rig the electrical and hydraulic systems in the console as well as throughout the vessel Ability to troubleshoot and replace basic 12-volt electrical items, such as lights, horns, switches, batteries, chargers etc. Able to follow all safety rules and hazardous material guidelines Able to follow directions and have attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to always keep work area and nearby area clean All other duties as might be required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Active and current driver’s license Experience with different types of sandpaper grits Experience in gel coat repair and/or auto body repair Some dexterity Some travel time may be required

Physical Demands:

The ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50lbs. Bending, lifting, twisting continuously throughout the day. Being able to stand/walk for a possible 8 plus hour workday.
