Jackson Automotive Group has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Volkswagen Certified Service Technician at our reputable automotive dealership in Macon, GA. If you have excellent skills, along with a friendly demeanor and strong organizational abilities, we want to hear from you! Requirements Performing maintenance and repair on customer vehicles Identifying problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment Explaining automotive repairs and issues and providing great customer service Planning repair procedures using charts, manuals, and experience Testing the functionality of parts and systems Inspecting, testing, and replacing parts Performing routine maintenance tasks on vehicles such as changing oil, checking fluids, and lubricating parts Maintaining knowledge of current industry best practices Maintaining paperwork and customer records Ensuring equipment longevity Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
