Service Technician for Kenilworth at Perring Park apartments•Parkville, MD Role Overview As a Service Technician at Two Addison Plac e, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this beautiful community with 326 apartment-homes. We offer competitive hourly rate + bonus + $750/month rent discount for live-on (if needed) + on-call appreciation incentive + health/dental/vision/401K + paid training Most Important Responsibilities Work closely with your fellow Team Members to complete work orders and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship. Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise. Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service. Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day. Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur. Interact with residents in a professional and respectful manner.
