The ideal candidate will have experience in pressure washing and be comfortable working during night hours. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently. • Responsibilities:

• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including buildings, Concrete parking garages, sidewalks, staircases and many other hardscapes.
• Prepare surfaces for cleaning by removing debris and obstacles.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of all equipment to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Work independently and manage time efficiently to complete all tasks by morning deadlines.

• Experience:

• Previous experience in pressure washing or similar manual labor roles preferred.
• Familiarity with different pressure washing techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and reliability.
• Must be comfortable working overnight shifts.
