In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices, including both Android and iOS platforms. You will provide technical support to customers, ensuring their devices operate efficiently and effectively. Your expertise in software troubleshooting and hardware repairs will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Diagnose issues with mobile devices and provide effective solutions. Perform repairs on various mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery changes, and component soldering. Provide technical support to customers in-store or remotely, addressing inquiries related to device functionality. Analyze device performance and recommend software updates or enhancements. Assist customers with retail sales of mobile accessories and services. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile technology and repair techniques. Qualifications Proven experience in technical support for mobile devices (Android and iOS). Familiarity with software troubleshooting processes for various operating systems, including Mac OS. Experience in retail sales is a plus. Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues effectively. Proficiency in soldering and handling electronic components. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
