This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing excellent service. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and systems to ensure proper functionality. Utilize hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance. Maintain chemical balance in pools by testing water quality and adding necessary chemicals. Troubleshoot issues with pool equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Communicate effectively with clients regarding pool maintenance schedules and any required services. Document service visits and maintain accurate records of work performed. Experience Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with pool equipment repair is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while servicing multiple locations.
