No Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a range of services, including repairs, calibrations, field services, training, and demonstrations. This position requires travel to customer sites (up to 40% of the time) and may involve offshore assignments. You will also support tasks related to toolbox fabrication, inventory management, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Repair and Service Work Inspect and repair tools both in-house and at customer field locations. Perform in-house calibration of tools to ensure functionality and precision. Field Service and Support Travel to customer sites (up to 40% of the time) to operate tooling on various applications. Offer on-site training and product demonstrations to customers. Provide support for sales activities by demonstrating tool functionality and use. Toolbox Fabrication and Maintenance Modify and prepare toolboxes for tool kits, including necessary painting and applying decals. Maintain inventory records and assist with physical inventory counts. Booth Shipments for Exhibitions Pack and unpack booth and tools for various trade shows and exhibitions. Customer Service and Communication Answer customer calls and provide timely assistance, guidance, and service. Generate service reports using computer systems, tracking parts used from stock. Conversions and Modifications Perform product conversions based on production orders as required. Job RequirementsSkills and Abilities Ability to perform work in a logical, efficient, and organized manner. Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to follow both oral and written instructions precisely. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Physical and Mental Fitness Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding as required by the role. The ability to multitask, remain focused, and meet deadlines. Travel and Other Requirements Travel:

Up to 40% of the time, including the possibility of offshore travel.

Driver’s License:

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to rent cars for travel.
