More than experience, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail , and enjoys hands-on projects . If you appreciate structured, meticulous, and independent work —and love seeing the results of your effort—this could be a perfect fit. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about using epoxy to restore wood windows, doors, sills, columns, and more. If you have a strong work ethic and a great attitude, we want to hear from you. Training and tools are provided but you MUST be comfortable using smartphone apps, using tools, and working on ladders. Also

- Implement specialized techniques to preserve and restore homes and buildings
- Perform detailed independent work as part of a growing service team to preserve
Atlanta Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site evaluations of wood surfaces requiring repair
- Apply epoxy using the latest techniques, materials and equipment (all trained and supplied)
- Repair damaged wood surfaces, including rot, decay, and other forms of deterioration
- Maintain a highly clean and highly organized work environment
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with our clients, whom we fondly refer to as “neighbors,” to ensure high-quality repairs and service
- Ensure each project is completed to the highest standards
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve collective goals
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail (artistic abilities a plus!)
- Tidy and organized , this is an absolute requirement
- Ability to work independently out of a truck at different job sites
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Own and are comfortable using a smartphone
- Ability to pass a range of motion physical examination
- Comfortably work ladders as needed
- Be ok with working the occasional Saturday, usually just a few hours in the morning Why Join Us?
