Skills:
Work will consist of installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, and associated materials and equipment within the electrical industry. Our reach primarily covers Residential and Commercial sectors, and a small amount of Industrial. Responsibilities Complete service work orders as received from customers by Service Manager or work orders scheduled by Service Technician Character Expectations Optimistic towards customers and co-workers Organized Adaptable Relational Leader Good work ethic Problem solver Able and willing to ask for help (humble) Professional presentation in appearance and speech Arrive to job promptly Preliminary Expectations OSHA 10 certified at minimum. Safety is top priority Journeyman’s or Masters license is a plus but not mandatory Interact professionally with customers and co-workers Execute a project from start to finish, from quoting to collecting payment Fill out work orders on a digital tablet and maintain daily Maintain accurate daily timesheets Train an apprentice (if one is assigned) to learn service. Maintain clean and professional appearance of any company tools and vehicle Keep thorough records of company vehicle maintenance Drive and be responsible for an ECI service van while following ECI Fleet Policy Procedures.
