The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in a repair facility. This role involves maintaining and repairing various vehicles, ensuring optimal performance, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles, ATV’s and Side By Sides. Troubleshoot mechanical issues using your expertise. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and manage work orders. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the department. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring timely resolutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance and repair. Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance tasks is preferred. Experience working in a repair facility is highly desirable. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer service. Military experience is a plus, showcasing discipline and technical skills relevant to the role.
