As a Pool Service Technician, some of your responsibilities will include: Duties Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Inspect pool equipment for proper operation and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Utilize power tools and hand tools to maintain and repair pool systems such as pumps, filters, and heaters. Conduct water quality testing and balance chemicals to ensure safe swimming conditions. Maintain accurate records of services performed and equipment used during each visit. Follow safety protocols while working with chemicals and operating equipment. Requirements Experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is preferred, not required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Ability to cut and glue PVC pipe. Familiarity with various power tools and hand tools used in pool maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver’s license may be required depending on job location. Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
