We’re growing and we need another tech! Sure Shot was started by a long-time tech that knows how coffee technicians should be treated. Our techs are dispatched from home, utilizing company vehicles that are stocked with parts so our techs can get the job done right the first time. Our headquarters in Worcester houses an equipment showroom as well as a clean and functional workshop for in-house repairs. Salary varies based on experience. Ideally, we’re looking for an experienced tech that can hit the ground running. We also offer on the job training for new techs looking to break into the field. We have a great group of experienced technicians that you’ll be able to collaborate with and learn from.

Service Technician duties include:

• Driving around New England servicing all of the best cafes, bakeries, restaurants and offices as well as supporting tons of awesome coffee roasters.
• Completing work order notes and invoices using our dispatching software.
• Maintaining a parts supply in your assigned vehicle
• Instructing customers on proper equipment use and responding to customer inquiries.
• Maintaining a clean vehicle and keeping up on maintenance (oil changes, car washes, etc), obeying all traffic laws, and maintaining a valid driver’s license
• Participating in a monthly on-call rotation.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• General love of coffee/coffee knowledge a plus
• Technicians must provide their own tools (We’ll give you a list)
• Grace under pressure & top notch customer service a must
• General smartphone/computer skills (Google Suite)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to manage your time efficiently

Hours:

Full Time, Monday through Friday. Plenty of overtime available so a flexible schedule is a plus Salary $25
