What You’ll Be Doing Preventive Maintenance :

Perform regular inspections and tune-ups on residential generators to keep them in top shape—checking oil, filters, cooling systems, and electrical components.

Repairs & Troubleshooting :

Use your diagnostic skills to identify and fix generator issues quickly and effectively.

Load Testing :

Test generators under load to ensure performance during outages or peak usage.

Fuel System Oversight :

Manage natural gas or propane fuel systems, including storage, quality checks, and levels.

Documentation :

Keep accurate, detailed records of all work performed—crucial for compliance and performance tracking.

What We’re Looking For Experience :

1-3 years in residential service work preferred. Generator experience or Generac certification is a strong plus (and may qualify you for higher pay).

Technical Skills :

You’re confident in inspecting structures, installing and wiring systems, and independently planning jobs and ordering materials.

Customer Focused :
