Position Overview:

We are searching for a dedicated and proficient individual to serve as a highly skilled Maintenance Technician, focusing on the upkeep and repair of production and manufacturing equipment. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the reliability and productivity of our machinery, thereby contributing significantly to the success of our manufacturing operations across diverse industries.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive maintenance checks on production and manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Expertly diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, executing precise repairs and adjustments to minimize downtime and optimize operational performance. Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities, meticulously documenting inspection reports, repair logs, and equipment performance metrics. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring seamless coordination of equipment availability for ongoing production schedules and upcoming projects. Adhere rigorously to stringent safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety excellence, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in equipment maintenance, with a proven track record in production and manufacturing environments, preferably within heavy machinery industries. Exceptional mechanical aptitude and advanced proficiency in diagnosing and repairing intricate hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Superior problem-solving abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to effectively address complex maintenance challenges and optimize equipment performance. Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manages time to meet demanding maintenance deadlines, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and initiative. A willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various production facilities and job sites as required to support operational needs. Be able to sit, lift, bend, and crouch. Able to lift and/or transport 50+ pounds. Forklift experience (1 year). Hold a valid driver’s license. Clean driving record. Reliable form of transportation Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug screening and a background check. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. Able to work well with others

Working Conditions:

Outdoors. Exposure to various weather conditions, dust, fumes, and hazardous materials such as solvents, adhesives, paints, and other chemicals.
