Equipment Repair Technician Reliable Rental Equipment Jackson, MS 39206 Small Engine and Heavy Equipment Mechanic We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Small Engine and Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and repairing lawn equipment and diesel equipment.

• Key Responsibilities
• :•Diagnose, adjust, repair, small engines used in lawn equipment and diesel engines used in heavy machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
• Replace worn or broken parts.
• Keep track of inventory and order parts as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and report to the shop manager.
• Qualifications
• :•Proven experience as a mechanic with small engines and/or heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certification is a plus.
