Service Technician Position Available In Buncombe, North Carolina

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Installation, servicing, troubleshooting and removal of all productsFulfill daily operational duties of assigned facilityOperate a clean, organized and hazard free work environmentConducts training sessions covering use of products to customersMaintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employeesAbility to think independently and work through service challenges consistentlyConsistently perform daily inventory auditsSupport of internal departments and personnel, assisting at any opportunity presentedTimely submission of required reports and expensesManagement of daily hours, not exceeding set thresholds weeklyCorrespondence with management when challenges are presentedMaintain the integrity, confidentiality and security of pertinent information and recordsAdherence to all state and federal rule, regulation and statuteAny other duty, as assignedMinimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)High School Diploma or equivalent.2 years experience in a similar positionStrong written and verbal communication skillsPossess excellent telephone skillsDetail orientated
