Job Title:

Roof Repair and Roof Rejuvenation Technician Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Roofing Technician to join our team specializing in roof repairs and roof rejuvenation treatments. This position involves diagnosing and repairing roof issues (shingles, flashing, leaks, etc.), and applying rejuvenation products designed to extend the life of asphalt roofs. The ideal candidate has hands-on roofing experience, attention to detail, and is comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect roofs to assess damage or wear. Perform minor to moderate roof repairs (e.g., replacing shingles, fixing leaks, flashing work). Clean roof surfaces as needed before rejuvenation application. Apply roof rejuvenation treatments (such as soy-based solutions or asphalt conditioners). Safely operate ladders, harnesses, sprayers, and other necessary tools/equipment. Educate homeowners on the benefits of roof rejuvenation and maintenance. Document work completed, including before-and-after photos. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate with team leads, customers, and office staff to ensure job completion and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years experience in roofing (repair or installation). Familiarity with common roofing systems (asphalt shingles a must). Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions. Valid driver’s license with clean record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor. Strong customer service and communication skills. Willingness to learn rejuvenation techniques (training provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with roof rejuvenation products (e.g., Roof Maxx, Greener Shingles, etc.). OSHA certification or other safety training. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
