LOCATION:

Wallace NC at River Landing Job Purpose The Irrigation/Robot Service Technician is a hands-on position repairing irrigation/robot for commercial and residential landscape customers as well as certain planning, administrative and regulatory functions. Other duties may be required as directed by the Landscape Manager. Responsibilities – Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accounting Maintain inventory for service vehicle Schedule and monitor daily work loads Prepare timesheets and other daily paperwork as required by the company Production Repair Irrigation/Robot systems to perform properly. Install irrigation/Robot as needed. Load and unload heavy equipment, tools as needed Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and materials each day Attend and participate in crew and department general and safety meetings Safe driving of company owned vehicles trucks (with or without trailers) and transporting crew members Sales and Customer Service Maintain on site relations and communications with clients, contractors, subcontractors and internal customers Monitor irrigation applications as needed for seasons and watering needs of properties. Monitor Robot applications as needed for seasonal adjustment for each individual property. License/Training Ability to pursue Irrigation License Keep updated Husqvarna or other robot companies Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns and other environmental risks Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must wear work boots, landscaping uniforms and present yourself in a clean and polite manner Must practice safety with chemicals and equipment Must wear eye and ear protection as required Must have valid NC Driver’s license and maintain a good driving record Must have good communication skills and ability to motivate others Must comply with policies and procedures
