Service Technician Aimic Inc Greensboro, NC The Compressor Service Technician is responsible for delivering timely and professional preventative maintenance and repair services to compressor customers, ensuring total customer satisfaction while upholding the company’s integrity and product standards. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and efficient airend rebuilds Troubleshoot, overhaul, repair, and test compressors, blowers, vacuum pumps, and related industrial equipment Balance rotor assemblies to specified tolerances Conduct mechanical repairs on compressors and associated equipment Deliver in-person and remote technical troubleshooting and support Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed expectations Adhere to safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment at all times Maintain high standards of quality control in all work performed Ensure service tools and equipment are clean, functional, and properly calibrated Maintain detailed records for airend rebuilds, service reports, and preventive maintenance programs Accurately complete customer work orders and related documentation Support and train fellow service technicians as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Identify and act on potential sales opportunities with customers Perform other duties as assigned by management Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
