Building Services Technician Full-Time Calvary has a full-time Building Services Technician position available, 40 hours per week. Join our dedicated housekeeping team and contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at Calvary Church. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Cleaning and maintaining designated areas, including offices and common areas. Perform essential custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, as well as emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners. Properly maintain flooring (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, carpet cleaning/extraction). Set up tables and chairs in classrooms and auditoriums for ministry and special events. Must follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines, and assist with facilities maintenance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred. Should have knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment. Must be able to work independently and follow instructions. Must exhibit physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
